The Adelaide Hills offer a remarkable amount of vibrancy - lively Sauvignon Blancs, textured Chardonnays, and Pinot with real verve and spirit. With elevation comes energy, and the wines here are known for their brightness and drive.
Expect a menu that mirrors this lift and lightness, balanced with the generosity the region is known for.

OCTOBER 20-26
Cool, crisp, and endlessly expressive - Tasmania is home to some of Australia’s most exciting wines. From sparkling that rivals Champagne to Pinot Noir shaped by sea breezes and ancient soils, the island is a study in elegance and precision.
Our menu will echo that freshness with dishes that celebrate purity of flavour and restraint.

OCTOBER 27-NOVEMBER 1
From the Mornington Peninsula to the Yarra Valley, Victoria’s cool-climate regions are defined by refinement. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay shine here, but so too does the diversity of growers pushing boundaries with alternative varieties.
Our dishes will nod to that innovation while letting the classics take centre stage.
